“I received the precall at 8:41am and they guys showed up at 8:46am and got started right away. They had to stop at 9:30am because they needed a part. They returned at 10:44am and put the part on and put the machine back together and the damn thing works. I checked the cost of the part after they left and it was only $13.75 but we were able to do laundry again at the house and not have to go to the laundry mat. I wasn't exactly expecting the bill to be that high but it is what it is. A fast little story - I once had a car that I just couldn't get started and had a mechanic look at it. The mechanic looked at it and turned a screw and changed me $65.00. I was shocked and said $65.00 and all you did was turn a screw to which he replied. I only charged you $5.00 for turning the screw but charged you $60.00 for knowing which screw to turn. To which the bottom line is that I was pleased with the work they did in getting the machine up and running again because I knew nothing about where to look for the problem or even how to go about fixing the problem. They cleaned up the work area after the fixing the machine and now my wife is pissed because she had to do laundry all day. Thanks much. William Kidd PS.
