Completed on 11/10/2009 Response - You were explained that the parts were factory back ordered and we, as repair service people, have zero control over the manufacturing and mailing out of the parts. When we receive notice that the local distributor got it in, the very first thing that we do is call all the numbers we may have for a client to get you completed. But we have to wait for the parts to be created, sent to distributor for us to pick up. Once we hear the part actually got sent by GE or WP or whomever we jump right on that repair because we are just as anxious to get a job completed as you are in having it completed as this is the only time we make, and would like to keep a satisfied customer.” - G.
